What is Next Level?
Community Centric League
Kids play alongside their friends, classmates, and neighborhood buddies! Parents get to spend weekends cheering within their own social circles, or building new ones. There's nothing better than connecting with friends while watching the kids compete, learn, and have fun.
Site Directors
Every Next Level location is staffed and operated by the coaching staff of its local high school or university. We partner exclusively with the highest-quality coaches and mentors in our communities. Each Site Director oversees and guides their location and mentors their own Student Coaches!
Student Athlete Head Coach/Mentors
Every Next Level team is coached by high school or college student-athletes from the local community, with training and oversight from their Site Director. These young coaches bring a "different voice". Providing a positive, relatable influence beyond the familiar parental coaching dynamic.
Kids First Organization
Next Level Sports puts kids first. Our participants and Student Coaches are our top priorities, and everything we do is built around them. We couldn't do it without the amazing support of parents, coaches, and grandparents; but the kids are always the main event.
Open League Participation
We offer programs for boys and girls from Kindergarten through 8th grade. No tryouts. No combines. Everyone plays.
Grade Based League
We firmly believe that grouping participants by grade level creates the best balance within an age range. Kids develop socially, athletically, and behaviorally alongside their grade-level peers, and grade-based leagues match that development better than any other method.
Kids Will Be Known
Each participant receives a personalized jersey with chosen number and name, fostering individual recognition and pride in representation.
One Trophy League
One team, one championship. While we've traded our traditional trophy for a championship ring, the principle hasn't changed—only one team earns the Champions ring at the end of each season. Winning, losing, and competing all teach lessons that last a lifetime.
Unique Balance
Striking the right balance between competitive play and proper youth sports perspective is at the core of everything we do. Every aspect of Next Level is continuously evaluated and refined to preserve that equilibrium.
