The Next Level Girls OTA (Off-season Training Academy) helps youth athletes of all experience levels build strong offensive and defensive flag football fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment. Players learn through a mix of individual and small-group drills that teach proper technique, along with structured warm-ups, conditioning, skill work, and daily review in every session. Our coaches, supported by local high school athletes, lead the program with a focus on core skill development, smart play execution, situational awareness, and plenty of Next Level game action. No prior flag football or Next Level experience is required to register.
