2025 Summer Camp Dates & Times
- Program #1: Monday, July 7th - Thursday, July 10th (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM)
- Program #2: Monday, July 14th - Thursday, July 17th (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM)
Camp is open to participants from 6th to 9th grade (2025/2026 school year)!
The Next Level Athletic Performance Camp teaches fundamental movements of weightlifting as well as proper acceleration and change of mechanic directions. Your participant will explore a love of training and hard work in this 4-day camp program!
All camp attendees will receive a Next Level Nike Dri-Fit T-shirt included in the cost of the program!

Camp Curriculum
Weightlifting & Speed Training
- Fundamental mechanics of: Squat, Clean, Press, Jerk & Snatch
- Proper acceleration & change of direction mechanics
- Plyometric training: decrease risk of injury and increase force production
- Mental strength development

For our 2025 Summer Camps, several additional purchase options are available on a weekly basis (see below). They can be selected/purchased during the registration process. Additional Purchases will be added to the base camp registration fees at check out. All additional camp merchandise will be on-site for pick up on Day 1 of camp:

My name is Brian Emejuru and I am pleased to be your strength and conditioning coach for the summer. I specialize In Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting for strength training. Speed and agility for conditioning. I have been training in both areas for the last 7 years.
My main goal this summer is to provide safe and effective training for your athletes that will translate to a multitude of sports. Let’s work!
