2026 Fall Boys Volleyball - Concord - Carondelet High School
Join us for our 2nd season of Next Level Boys Fall Volleyball in Concord! We are excited to partner with Carondelet to bring Next Level Volleyball to the community.
Priority Registration opens for all returning participants from the 2025 Fall Boys Volleyball Program at De La Salle High School on Wednesday, April 29th at 9:00 AM PST!
General Registration opens for all participants on Wednesday, May 13th at 9:00 AM PST.
The Next Level Boys Volleyball program has been developed to provide aspiring volleyball players an opportunity to learn the basic skills and functions of competitive volleyball - at an introductory yet competitive level. Our program is aimed at the youth athlete who has 'some-to-none' exposure/experience with the game of volleyball yet would like to develop the core skills required to participate at a higher level in the future (club, middle school, high school). Our staff is comprised of current college/club-level volleyball coaches who have taught the game to a wide variety of age groups - both at the more casual level as well as the elite club and elite high school levels. As traditional within Next Level, all teams will be mentored/coached with the assistance of a student-athlete involved within the game.
This program is instructionally based yet will contain head-to-head game activity as a secondary focus.

League Operations
- Season Operations: The Next Level Boys Volleyball program in Concord will run with 6 program dates over the program schedule.
- Program Dates: Training/games are on the same day - parents need only allocate up to a 2-hour window of availability for their child's involvement.
- Program Details: This program is focused primarily on instructional skill development, providing athletes with targeted training and structured drills to build a strong foundation in volleyball fundamentals. Players will have ample opportunities to enhance their skills through structured drills, with modified gameplay scenarios introduced gradually as fundamental techniques are established. Unlike other Next Level programs that follow a distinct practice-to-game format, the volleyball program integrates instruction and team play throughout the program. There are no fixed transitions from practice to match play. Instead, players will be guided through various skill-building exercises led by Next Level Volleyball coaches, gradually progressing toward more team-oriented scrimmages in the later portion of the program. The last 30 minutes of program activity each week will be dedicated to putting what you learn on the court into action!
- Team Roster Size: Teams are 10 players maximum, limited exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
- Season Fees: $365.00 - Fees are inclusive of a participant's custom volleyball uniform and other equipment/offerings.
- Optional Player Items: During the registration process, participants have the option to purchase additional Player Items upon check out. For the Fall 2026 Next Level Volleyball season, 2 options are available for purchase (see below). Player Item costs will be added to the base league registration fees at check out. All merchandise will be shipped with your participant's Next Level Volleyball uniform - unless otherwise communicated from our team. Sizing verification will be sent via email as your season uniform heads into production!
- Knee Pads - $25.00: Nike Essential Volleyball Knee Pads (White).
- Arm Sleeves - $30.00: Pair of Nike Pro Dri-Fit Sleeves (White).
- Volleyball Shirt - $40.00: Nike Long Sleeve Dri-Fit (Black) featuring the Next Level Volleyball Logo on the front, participant's last name on the back.
- Volleyball Hoodie - $60.00: Nike Fleece Hoodie (Black) featuring the Next Level Volleyball Logo on the front, participant's last name on the back.

Site Director: Steve Siegmann
Steve's volleyball journey began at the age of 13, starting a lifelong passion for the sport. With over 25 years of coaching experience, he has made his mark in the volleyball community, known for his unwavering dedication to player development and his strategic acumen on the court.
Throughout Steve’s coaching career, he has led his teams to many successes, including winning four North Coast Section Titles and four Northern California Volleyball Titles. In 2003 his club team clinched a Bronze Medal at the USA Junior National Volleyball Championships. That same year, Steve's leadership and coaching talents were recognized as he was voted the Contra Costa Times Coach of the Year in High School Volleyball.
Despite these impressive team achievements, Steve's true passion lies in the development of his players. He believes in nurturing talent and fostering a growth mindset, which has resulted in more than 20 of his players advancing to compete in NCAA Division 1 volleyball. His dedication to the development of each athlete is the cornerstone of his coaching philosophy, ensuring that every player not only excels on the court but also grows as an individual.
Steve has coached at a number of local high schools including 7 years at De La Salle, 5 years at Acalanes, 2 years each at Clayton Valley and Antioch and 1 season each at Campolindo and Northgate, the latter being his alma mater. He is excited to be working with Next Level and can’t wait to start the season!
