2024 Next Level Flag Football Season - Santa Barbara City College
Welcome to our 5th season of Next Level Flag Football in Santa Barbara at Santa Barbara City College. We are excited to keep things rolling with Coach Coach Moropoulos and the entire staff at SBCC!
General Registration is now open for all players.

League Operations
- Season Operations: The Next Level Flag Football season at Santa Barbara City College will run with 9 program dates over the program schedule
- Game Dates: All games are on Saturdays.
- Team Roster Size: Teams are 10 players maximum.
- Season Fees: $275.00 - Fees are inclusive of a participant's custom jersey, shorts, use of flags, and other equipment/offerings. (In December, expedited uniform shipping charge added to any registrations.)
- Uniform Delivery: All season uniforms will be shipped to a participant's home (or provided shipping address). Delivery will occur via USPS and a valid USPS delivery location is required. Participants must keep their shipping addresses up to date for proper delivery. Replacement uniforms will be at the cost of the participant should inaccurate addresses be provided at the time of production.
- Optional Player Packs: During the registration process, participants have the option to purchase additional Player Packs upon check out. For the 2024 Next Level Flag Football season, 4 options are available for purchase (see below). Player Pack costs will be added to the base league registration fees at check out. All Player Pack merchandise will be shipped with your participant's Next Level Flag Football uniform - unless otherwise communicated from our team. Sizing verification will be sent via email as your season uniform heads into production!
- Base Player Pack - $40.00: Nike Player Long Sleeve Shirt featuring the Next Level Player Logo on the front, participant's last name on the back.
- Pro Player Pack - $55.00: Nike Player Hoodie featuring the Next Level Player Logo on the front, participant's last name on the back.
- Performance Pack - $65.00: One pair each: 3/4 Compression Tights (White), Short Sleeve Compression Shirt (White).
- Baller Player Pack - $145.00: Nike Player Long Sleeve Shirt, Nike Player Hoodie, and the Performance Pack (compression) all in one!

- 2nd Grade - 10:00 AM Practice/10:30 AM Game
- 3rd Grade - 11:30 AM Practice/12:00 AM Game
- 4th Grade - 11:30 AM Practice/12:00 PM Game
- 5th Grade - 1:00 PM Practice/1:30 PM Game
- 6th/7th Grade - 1:00 PM Practice/1:30 PM Game
Practice and game schedules are not final.

All teams will play games through the entire 9-week program schedule regardless of their seeding in the Playoff Weeks.
Please be aware that the season schedule may be subject to change, as the 2024 Spring Break dates have not yet been released by Santa Barbara Unified School District and Santa Barbara City College.

Site Director: Craig Moropoulos
Coach Moropoulos is the Head Coach at Santa Barbara City College and has been there since 2007. In 2014 and 2016, Coach Moropoulos directed the Vaqueros to Bowl appearances in the Golden State and Beach Bowl contests respectively. Prior to arriving at SBCC, Moropoulos was the Head Coach at Santa Barbara High School guiding the Dons to a Channel League Championship in 2001. Coach Moropoulos spent 14 years coaching in "4 year" colleges with stops at Texas A&M, Arizona, Boise State and San Jose State (where he coached future NFL great Jeff Garcia).
Moropoulos attended Santa Barbara High, Santa Barbara City College and then Cal Lutheran University where he was a Small College All-American in 1981. He went on to earn a Master's in Education at the University of Arizona.
