About Next Level Summer Camp
Next Level Volleyball Camp helps youth athletes of all experience levels build strong fundamental skills in a fun, supportive environment. Campers will learn through a mix of individual and small-group drills focused on proper technique. This includes serving, passing, setting, hitting, and defensive positioning along with structured warm-ups, conditioning, skill work, and daily review in every session.
Coach Myers, supported by local high school athletes, leads the program with an emphasis on core skill development, smart decision-making, and plenty of Next Level game action.
No prior volleyball or Next Level experience is required. Scroll down for the full camp curriculum.

Site Director: Liz Myers
Liz Myers has coached high school volleyball the past 7 years. Coach Liz started in 2017 as the JV Coach at Bentley High. The following season, she took over as the Program Head. Liz took her varsity team to the NCS finals her first year as a head coach and the following year, led the team to a 2nd round finish in NorCal State Tournament!
She grew up in Walnut Creek, playing at Northgate High School as a 3 year varsity player. Continuing her love of volleyball, she played for Linfield College in Oregon.
For the past 3 years she has coached the Varsity Program at Las Lomas High School and has proudly taken her teams to NCS every year. Coach Liz believes in hard work and pushing yourself every day in practice, while also being an uplifting teammate. Her passion for coaching and the sport pushes her players to get out of their comfort zone and succeed on and off the court!
