2025 Next Level Flag Football Season - Stanford University
Welcome to the 2nd season of Next Level Flag Football at Stanford University! We are excited to kick things off with the staff at Stanford University.
General Registration is now open for all participants!

League Operations
- Season Operations: The Next Level Flag Football season at Stanford University will run with 8 program events over the program schedule
- Game Dates: All games are on Sundays.
- Team Roster Size: Teams are 12 players maximum, limited exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
- Season Fees: $315.00 - Fees are inclusive of a participant's custom jersey, shorts, use of flags, and other equipment/offerings.
- Uniform Delivery: All season uniforms will be shipped to a participant's home (or provided shipping address). Delivery will occur via USPS and a valid USPS delivery location is required. Participants must keep their shipping addresses up to date for proper delivery. Replacement uniforms will be at the cost of the participant should inaccurate addresses be provided at the time of production.
- Optional Player Packs: During the registration process, participants have the option to purchase additional Player Packs upon check out. For the 2025 Next Level Flag Football season, 5 options are available for purchase (see below). Player Pack costs will be added to the base league registration fees at check out. All Player Pack merchandise will be shipped with your participant's Next Level Flag Football uniform - unless otherwise communicated from our team. Sizing verification will be sent via email as your season uniform heads into production!
- Receiver Gloves - $40.00: Nike Football Receiver Gloves.
- Base Player Pack - $40.00: Nike Player Long Sleeve Shirt featuring the Next Level Player Logo on the front, participant's last name on the back.
- Pro Player Pack - $60.00: Nike Player Hoodie featuring the Next Level Player Logo on the front, participant's last name on the back.
- Performance Pack - $65.00: One pair each: 3/4 Compression Tights (White), Short Sleeve Compression Shirt (White).
- Baller Player Pack - $185.00: Nike Receiver Gloves, Nike Player Hoodie, Nike Player Long Sleeve Shirt, and the Compression Pack all in one!

- 2nd Grade - 10:30 AM Practice/11:00 AM Game
- 3rd Grade - 12:00 PM Practice/12:30 PM Game
- 4th Grade - 12:00 PM Practice/12:30 PM Game
- 5th Grade - 1:30 PM Practice/2:00 PM Game
- 6th/7th Grade - 1:30 PM Practice/2:00 PM Game

No activity will take place on Sunday, May 25th due to Memorial Day Weekend.
Sunday, June 1st will be a double-header day.
Sunday, June 8th will be a double-header day with both playoffs and championship games taking place.
All teams will play games through the entire 8-week event schedule regardless of their seeding in the Playoff Weeks.

Next Level Sports Participant Code of Conduct & Safety Policy
At Next Level Sports, we’re committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for every participant. This policy outlines our expectations and safeguards to ensure a positive experience for all.
Core Policies
- Inclusive Environment: All participants are welcome at Next Level, regardless of race, gender, background, or ability. Discrimination or exclusion is not tolerated.
- Safe & Respectful Participation: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate conduct.
- Boundaries & Supervision: Our staff are trained to maintain professional boundaries and ensure age-appropriate supervision at all times.
- Mental & Emotional Well-being: If a participant seems distressed or needs support, our team will notify parents/guardians and provide appropriate follow-up.
- Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to treat others with respect and follow camp rules. Repeated or serious violations may result in removal from the program.
Personal Safety & Behavior Expectations
To help every camper feel safe and supported, the following behaviors are not allowed:
- Inappropriate or unsafe touching
- Showing or talking about private body parts inappropriately
- Pressuring someone to do something they don’t want to do
- Secretive or unsafe behavior
- Bullying or harassment
Any serious rule violations, which may result in removal and notification of parents or authorities. If something feels wrong, campers are encouraged to speak to a trusted adult—like a coach, Site Director, or parent. You're never in trouble for speaking up.
