2020 Marin Catholic Girls Volleyball Summer Camp

Join us this summer for the Next Level Sports/Wildcat Girls Volleyball Camp at Marin Catholic High School! This summer, Coach Jake Spain and his staff are offering one session of the Wildcat Girls Volleyball Camp from July 20th - July 23rd, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. The program session is open to participants from 3rd grade to 8th grade (rising 2020/2021 school year)! The Next Level Sports/Girls Volleyball Camp will cover a wide variety of fundamental skills during each day of programming. Open to girls of ALL skill levels - the camp program will focus on developing individual skills such as serving, passing, setting, hitting and blocking. Team related dynamics and strategies patterned off the indoor game of volleyball will also be instructed. Whether learning the game as a beginner or wanting to improve skills, the Wildcat Girls Volleyball camp will offer an outstanding opportunity to learn the fundamentals of team play while continuing to develop individual skills. All camp attendees will receive a Next Level Summer Camp Nike Dri-Fit T-shirt along with other items which are included in the base cost of the program!

Site Director: Jake Spain

Jake Spain is going into his 9th season as the Varsity Volleyball Head Coach at Marin Catholic. In his first seven seasons the Wildcats have compiled a record of 202-56 along with 5 straight NCS championships and back to back to back MCAL championships. In 2016 Marin Catholic clinched their first regular season and playoff MCAL championship for the first time since 2000. Following the most decorated season in school history, the Wildcats completed another stellar season finishing 37-5, ranked #1 in the state in their division. Jake started his coaching career at Petaluma High School, winning the regular season and NCS title for the first time in school history. In 2010 and 2011, Jake joined Redwood High School, again winning a regular season title and a NCS championship.
